It amazes me how people who rely on the appearance of their body to make a living can have no idea how to properly take care of said body.

I can’t imagine living your whole life with that kind of discomfort and thinking it’s normal. Then again, people can get used to anything, even pain.

Still….this happened to me when I was younger…medication caused a, ahem, log jam in my system for about ten days, and let’s just say I was praying for death.
