I find it somewhat difficult to believe that Muhammad went into a cave and an angel told him to round up a billion people that would act like smart asses and kill people that disagree with them.

I could, on the other hand, believe that the angel brought him a message about the creator of gravity and time, and that we should teach about charity and about the one-ness of God.
