I’m on two minds about this.

On one hand, I believe that fathers should be allowed to have custody of their children, even if they were never married to the mothers of their children. I believe that having weird kinks should be grounds for losing custody of children. Especially when you consider that some single mothers are extremely degenerate yet they still keep sole custody of their children. So yeah, I don’t agree with a women or the state stopping a man from seeing his kids.

On the other hand, if you cannot keep your fetishes hidden from a child, then you are a danger to children so you shouldn’t be around them. So I don’t blame the mother at all. Then again, in my idea of how a society should run, this wouldn’t be an issue because the dad would have his head kicked in. So Degenerate Dad would be too crippled to look after his kids and be a bad influence on them.

Yeah, I am conflicted on this too...On the one hand, there isn't anything illegal or criminal about his conduct. If there isn't any laws on the books that he has violated, the state has no business arbitrarily preventing him from seeing his kids. On the other hand, this isn't illegal but wtf, this dude should not be a parent. Kids look up to their parents and learn things from them, and this guy is a sick weirdo.

I am concerned the state can make any arbitrary judgement they wish even when no laws were broken, in this case I agree with the arbitrary judgement, but do not trust a system like this to make the right decision in other cases, we need objective standards/laws so we dont have the state making arbitrary judgement calls

Honestly, I think the creep should be allowed to see his kids. But he should be flogged in public for wearing nappies in front of his kids. That way he stops being a degenerate around his kids, and his paternal rights are not being violated.
