It seems silly, but if it's a general form given out to everyone, even in a sane world, if there are not a lot of questions relevant to only one sex, it's arguably easier to have a simple checkbox for pregnancy, than to have a section that should be filled in only by persons of one sex. Any idea how the form was previously laid out?
