I'll be careful what I say but I know someone who was a nanny for a very well known model and the model was obsessed with her babies bowel movements. She was so obsessed she was giving this tiny baby laxatives every day so it would never be constipated (babies get a bit moody when backed up) but the result was that the baby totally unlearnt how to do bowel movements. So this nanny had to spent 6 months retraining this baby how to shit with the anxious mother hovering over her offering laxatives the whole time (she basically had to train the mother how not to be a freak as well).
