The author of the article is lying. While the guy may be getting prosecuted for making threats, he did not actually make threats. He wrote that he thinks they should get bombed, not that he was going to bomb them. This is a frivolous lawsuit, clearly intended to intimidate the guy.

Where are the lies as this is reported? The comments made by the suspect were placed in quotes so I am not seeing where you're going with this. This guy implied threats in his wording and if it invokes fear then action by law enforcement is most certainly warranted. I may not agree with all this gender confusing bullshit but to make these threats, implied or direct, should be taken seriously. The guy may belong in a psych ward vs a prison but that is to be determined later.

This guy implied threats

No, he didn't. And the line is actually making specific threat precisely because people like you will take the liberty to decide when there is an implied threat based on how you feel about the person.

There is no more a criminal threat made here than when all the leftists were saying they want to see the group of Christian children thrown into wood chippers.

You can actually say almost anything you want and get away with it. But once you put it out there electronically, on phone calls and so on then that is a different game. Saying something is one thing. Taking another step to convey that threat makes it a little more real and people, like you, would be screaming wanting to know why the authorities did not take the threats more seriously.

People like me were literally not screaming and demanding police arrest and prosecute the liberals who were very explicitly calling for violence against those children, so you literally could not be more wrong. It is you who is being a hypocrite. You did not call for thier prosecution.
