Mr Chilsolm objected to the term 'masturbating' because he has a 'talent' for moving his penis 'without touching it'.

'He says he can move his penis sideways and up and down in ways that most men can't without touching it,' Mr Maley said, according to the NT News.

'It's something that he has a talent [for, that] he has developed over the years through regular use.'

The court heard a 38-year-old man saw what he was doing and told him to stop, before an argument broke out and police were called.

The witness said that no one should be made to feel uncomfortable on a beach, and explained that the teenagers did not consent to the self-gratification.
