Teachers are, as a group, absolutely despicable. Maybe it is because they were never paid enough so the only people who took the job were the bottom of the barrel, or those who had nefarious hidden agendas. Now that the schools are staffed by those people it can't be fixed by throwing money at them. The solution to the education system being absolutely horrific at this point is not to pay teachers more but to use school voucher systems to create a competitive market for education that will systematically reform the entire system.

Then good teachers who deserve to get paid more will get that pay through competition between good schools.

The problem is that we have browned our country to the point that the majority of people would rather drag whites down to their level by any means necessary rather than have a system that is better for everyone but that results in whites outperforming them.

Until we acknowledge the anti white racism that defines our society we can't even begin to fix it. And we can't fix a system that is purposefully broken because of anti white sentiments.
