It would be utterly hilarious if they opened shops literally just across the county bounds of Chicago, just to rub the departure in the Mayor's face.

New York DA has announced that they will not be prosecuting looters. I wonder if Chicago is doing the same thing. Talking out of both sides of their mouth.
