LOL at the part about sobriety testing. These fucking cops in America are so brainwashed they'd totally risk not just Covid but AIDS or syphilis for the opportunity to make a DUI arrest.

Yeah they should totally not do their jobs and just let drunks go and continue driving. You’ll be cool with that decision when one of those drunks plows into one of your loved one and kills them, right?

I don't think anyone wants wasted drivers on the road, but the .08 limit can be hit in as little as one beer for women, two for men. And MADD wants to make that .05.

It's weird because every bar you drive past is going to have people driving legally intoxicated. Alcoholics who have to keep alcohol in their system so they don't get sick can test as legally intoxicated.

All things being equal I could understand not wanting people to drink at all before driving. But they aren't. What about all the shitty drivers out there who can't drive safely sober? That's perfectly legal for them to endandger everyone else, but a drinker with a spotless record is a criminal.

Well the BAC level is a whole different discussion and I agree that it is set so low it’s ridiculous.
