That shit is designeed for zero G, not the moon.

It ain't designed for the ocean either, but this way potential future lunar missions might be able to make use of it, or parts of it. That's still less payload we'd have to bring up. Moon base wouldn't be a terrible idea, there's lots of He3 on the moon.
