The best way to determine if a film is good is by paying attention to the director, not to the actors. Punch-Drunk Love and The Meyerowitz Stories are two other great movies in which Adam Sandler played. Although his acting isn't too convincing in those films (especially when he tries to cry), I forgive that because I mostly focus on the story. That being said, his acting was actually good in this one. He really nails the neuroticism. Yep, good flick.
