Amazon rejected my documentary "What Killed Michael Brown?" I was stunned by the rejection letter’s finality. It failed to meet Amazon’s “content quality expectations,” was “not eligible for publishing,” and there could be no “resubmission of this title and this decision may not be appealed.”
