Tons of movies and other media have already been cancelled for transphobia. It's happened to Dave Chappelle, to Harry Potter. It's happening to The Mandelorian right now.

In all of those instances, it's the person who's being attacked for alleged transphobia, not the film being criticized for its content. You may have your disagreements with it, but it's an important distinction. Films are not, in general, being cancelled for the content contained within. But all of that's beside the point.
