Falling Down; the guy snaps because of the system that applies pressure on him. When he rebels against the system he sees no point, and goes mad because he realizes his entire life is forfeit to an indifferent world.

Falling down didn't seem like it was rebelling against the system, at least not in a direct way. Guy wanted to see his kid and he gave hell to anyone that held him up. IIRC all the business wear and corporate attitude was his attempt to appear like a respectable employed man after he got fired from his job some months before the film takes place. Great movie though
