It may just be my warped sensibility, but is this a publicity stunt? I liked HBO's "The Wizard of Lies" because the bad guy went to jail. Not true with Panama Papers, RIP Daphne https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daphne_Caruana_Galizia

Could be why it has made it to the media, though I don't think the suing was done for publicity. Like I can see Netflix making a call to the press: "You know what just happened?" and i would even be surprised if they didn't.
