inb4 the big pharma bros do a study that finds the drug works like magic for rebound infections, and a few months later we are all supposed to scratch our asses and wonder why people are getting double-plus rebound infections after two rounds of Paxlovid LOL

I think theres a good chance it would. Paxlovid is similar enough to Ivermectin, which we know works, that the rebound infections are likely similar to what you see from taking an incomplete course of antibiotics for a bacterial infection.
