Fox News Wednesday notified Tucker Carlson's lawyers that the former prime-time anchor violated his contract with the network when he launched his own Twitter show on Tuesday, according to a copy of a letter obtained by Axios.

I don't think Fox will win that. The Twitter thing is not an employment contract, its the standard user agreement for content creators on Twitter. Tucker is not legally a Twitter employee, there is no way a judge is going to find him in violation of his non-compete clause

Plus, they have allowed their other employees to put stuff on Twitter. They have shown that it is ok to do.

The powers that be are definitely using Fox to shut down Carlson until the contract expires.
