The lawsuit was settled. That is not the same as losing a lawsuit.

I disagree. Just because you settle, doesn’t mean you diddnt loose. I also diddnt say a jury found Fox guilty. I said they lost.

750 million is a loss of resources. I’m not sure if they have to do a public admission and apology. But, this is a loss.
They also lost Tucker Carlson. Took a hit in the stock market.
I can make an argument for why this is a win, but really it’s not. So I’m not going to argue that.
If your paying someone millions of dollars, IMO, you lost.
