It's unfortunate that Rogan thinks groveling will get him anywhere. Of all people, he seemed to be aware that path was not productive. He cannot "unoffend" the offended, and his attempts play right into their hands. We'll see how it plays out.

the 'offended' were already offended. it happens when a person acts like a child non-stop.
