Race realism isn't about hating other races. It's about acknowledging that the environment has shaped different racial groups and that those racial groups build very very different societies. Most race realists then go on to endorse nations and regions of similar ethnic/racial background as those societies are inherently more stable. Traditionally multi cultural societies fail unless they are a very small trading zone in a much larger homogeneous society and even then those cities have issues.
