How much of that kinda shit do you think is real though? Not that there aren't legit hardcore hateful people and super callous shit posters there - but the hidden hand of the boogeyman market is a real thing as you point out.

What do you think the demographic breakdown looks like? Real. Shitpost. Shill. Other?

Full disclosure: it's been a while since I've been to voat and when I was there it was very cursory. However, after tensions in Kashmir flared up I hit the chans up pretty hard and my gut screams that most of the /pol/ bigotry is far from organic. Not the first time my gut has said that about the chans btw.

By bots I mean people hired to post talking points and certain memes, as well as actual computer software generated comments. It's easy to do with hyper-racist comments as they're rarely complicated
