I agree. I use a water still to avoid as much as possible. I drink tap water for a day and my mind goes foggy. I'm even coming to believe it's related to Alzheimer's.

Alzheimer's is caused by using aluminum cooking pans and pots

alzheimer's major contributing factor is iodine deficiency, which is a competing halide of the poison fluoride, fluoride is a byproduct of aluminum!!!
