At the foot of every page are links. Under About is "wiki" (/s/SaidIt/wiki/) and on that first page is a welcome, then FAQ, then list of all the wikis, then User Wiki List including /s/SaidIt/wiki/BannedFromReddit.

I've tried to get them to move that stuff to the top right, or put it under the submit buttons above chat.

I guess the only option would be to start a thread to promote the existence of the wiki.
