Among other questionable things, Reddit furnishes a safe haven for groomers.

Reddit in 2023?

I half expect the forum posts to be all mostly deleted, and the father called a MAGA bigot by all the bots on Reddit.

If the OP text is real... it seems suspiciously overly friendly though, and gives off a slight vibe.

Did you see what the mod on thread said? What a grooming piece of work.

We're not going to let this devolve into a social debate about the appropriateness of their neighbor's actions

ugh. That perverted mod needs to be shoved into an oven mainly from the many deleted upvoted comments and his tyranny

There's no debate to be had really. Taking someone else's kid on a car ride against their parents wishes is essentially kidnapping.

I don't know if the parents down the street are actually grooming the kid or not but it has all the red flags of it.

i would be teleporting in on that couple. With sex trafficking concerns, i would calling the police too.

Did you know that in Philly if a restaurant owner in certain neighborhoods buys cheese from the wrong people, their restaurant will have a kitchen fire in the middle of the night? I don't know why this came to mind when I was reading the post, but hey man, shower thoughts.

I suppose they wouldn't be in that house anymore, either.

March down there and bust someone’s nose.

Asking that question on Reddit is like asking a pyromaniac for fire safety advice.

It’s illegal to drive a minor anywhere without the parents consent. It’s literally kidnapping.

I think. It’s how they get cold predators when there are no age of consent laws past 16.
