There is the body's sex. What is the brain gender? Again, just personality and interests, right? That's sexist to say people who like to wear makeup, be nurturing or like crafts must be female. It's sexist to say that all boundary violators, rapists and people who like wrestling must be men.
Transsexual are the men who had autogynephila or were homosexual transsexuals living in extremely homophobic communities that were ostracizing to them so it was easier to live pretending to be female than be a clear target as a potentially homosexual male? I've heard of them. They never thought they were female, and having a fetish or trauma in no way makes them female or anything like women.

What is the brain gender?
There are differences in desires and motivation, personality, aggression and sexuality in the brains of women compared to men.
Transsexual are the men who had autogynephila
Nope. That's men who have autogynephila.
r were homosexual transsexuals living in extremely homophobic communities that were ostracizing to them so it was easier to live pretending to be female than be a clear target as a potentially homosexual male?
That did happen and those are some of the few people who detransition or express regret over transitioning. Mostly it was their own homophobia that lead them to misunderstand and misdiagnose themselves.
If you get the diagnosis correct, the patient is happier, healthier and has better quality of life after transitioning. That's not the case for those two groups you mention.

That's literally just sexism and doesn't have anything to do with the body even if it were true.

Look mate, there's a whole body of work about the sexual dimorphism of the human brain.
If you're not familiar with what we know about the field, wiki is a pretty good primer:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Neuroscience_of_sex_differences
But calling it "just sexism" doesn't make it so.

And they're all either the result of hormones, socialization, or are only indirectly correlated with sex. For example, female brains are 10% smaller on average. But it turns out that's actually because they're shorter on average. There are hormonal differences but those don't appear until puberty, and they still affect trans people.

Mediated by hormones perhaps. But you can't know that none of it is due to the genetic differences of the sex chromosomes themselves.
It's not height that makes the difference. Skull size is independently different. And even if you ignore head-size-related measurements, you can still identify from the brain alone the sex in 92% of cases.
Even if you take out brain size entirely, and correct for the effects of that on every other measurement you can still tell sex from the brain better than a coin toss. (Technically about 70% of the time, as at what we knew back in 2016).

Skull size affects brain size. This is all stupid, every single supposed difference turns out to be caused indirectly by a different trait.
Even if there are trends, which we can never seem to identify, there's still no evidence for a distinctly male or female brain.
