Nevertheless, surgery reduces suicide attempts. It also reduces anxiety, depression, and symptoms of gender dysphoria and increases reported life satisfaction, happiness and quality of life.

So they're delusional then since they believe that the neovagina or neopenis they get is just like a real one when it really isn't.A inverted mutilated penis is nothing like a biological vagina and vice versa with a surgical penis.
