In gay groups nobody minds the transman because they know where on the hierarchy they stand

They're also not a threat. Pretty unlikely a trans identified woman is going to pressure a gay guy to fuck her, or force gays out of their spaces. They largely can't (or won't) impose their will physically. Nobody listens to them, they have no influence. They're harmless.
