    I think this is likely an AGP trans wannabe who hasn't had surgery, probably not even on hormones, but wants to support the cause (and their own fantasy world) by lying that surgery is safe.

    The other worse option is this is a guy with a fetish for getting men to transition and is actively grooming mentally ill people to harm themselves.

    I've googled neo vagina and it looks nothing like real pussy.
