And no one respects someone they are paying to take thier clothes off.

Speak for yourself. I'm happy to pay money for things that make me happy. Don't care if its good food and drink, good entertainment, a nice holiday, a good car, or pretty women. Sure, I would love it if people gave me things for free, but paying is better than theft, or going without.

You are paying to use someone.

Um, yes? When I hire a plumber to do repairs, I'm paying to use someone. When I go to a restaurant, I'm paying to use the waiters and chef. When I catch a taxi or Uber, I pay to use somebody to drive me around. When I go to the movies, I'm paying to use somebody to entertain me.

You got a problem with the service industry in general, or is it just naked women that scare you because they make strange things happen to your peepee?

There's a key difference in all those cases. The plumber, the actress, etc. are using their skill and diligence to provide you with a service. In their own way, they are each bringing order or beauty to our chaotic universe.

Spreading your legs for some lonely, unfortunate loser does not do this. It's animalistic and exploitative shit that billions of lesser animals incapable of introspection are also doing at any given moment.

The OnlyFans chick is a lizard eating a fly. We don't respect that.

Just as sex workers do.

You get what you pay for. If you pay $2 to some poor unfortunate crack whore for a quickie in an alley, you're not going to get the same attention to detail and customer service you get from a $500 an hour escort.

Like in any profession, sex workers vary in their skill, enthusiasm and experience. If all you are getting is somebody who lies there like a dead fish with her legs open, then you should save your money and buy a fleshlight.

We don't respect that.

Yeah, and that's why you won't get any. You won't pay for it, and you don't respect it, and that's why you won't get it for free either.

Oh, wow! Four paragraphs of bland Reddit / Millennial orthodoxy! How welcome and insightful!
