3 things wrong with that. 1 - pregnant assaulted 10 year olds do not happen regularly - and I'm sure no one disagrees with that instance being valid for abortion

Oh look heres another, and this guy does disagree, a 12 year old raped by her dad, not dubious at all, the Mississippi House Speaker is on the record being against it

ok again...the daily mail is garbage.

Secondly, one ignorant mississippi delegate's opinion does not make something common. Any reasonable person would agree that an abortion in that instance could be considered care and not infanticide.

Additionally - Mississippi's law allow exception for this case as cited in your article

"Mississippi's current legislation permits for an abortion in cases of rape but does not allow an exception for incest."
