Also, it's a real setback for eugenics. We're going to see a surge in crime and prison population beginning in about 13-16 years. America gets more slaves, I guess that's a plus if you're into the whole slavery thing.

I think the crime wave will be tempered somewhat by the future generation being to scared to leave the house.
