This would make it more likely it is Ghislaine as some random Malaysian bloke is unlikely to have been jumping on unheard of new American platforms for the lulz but someone highly experienced in the media and looking for up and coming outlets would.

Worse. She was a mod of many popular subs which allowed her to control the information that was allowed to be put out.

She worked for globalist intelligence (MOSSAD/US/UK).

They run pedo rings all over the world and use it to control politicians, celebrities, journalists, etc. to support their geopolitical goals or to promote fake news (China bad, Russia bad, Iran bad, bomb every 3rd world shithole, etc.). The children are sourced from or trafficked through US military bases, Soros/Clinton NGO's, third world countries, schools, etc.

Mods on every popular subreddit is controlled by US intel. They have thousands of astroturfs directing speech and upvoting/downvoting narratives as well.
