It does immediately in many states. Do women not live in those states?

No it doesn’t and it’s still not the Supreme Courts decision that bans any abortions in any state. Most states that you think ban abortions actually have heartbeat laws which means you can only have an abortion until about six weeks into a woman’s pregnancy.

Except for states like Texas that sue women for doing this,

You need to get your facts straight. You are talking about a one time case where a woman was charged not sued for administering her own abortion. She did not go to a clinic and have it done professionally which would have been lawful. Do you honestly think self administered abortions should be allowed?

or the places that want to investigate any woman for even a miscarriage.

You’re talking about the same case where a woman tried administer her own abortion at home. She lied to the hospital staff and said it was a miscarriage. The hospital staff reported her and she admitted she lied. Again, do you think at home abortions should be allowed? You’re either just parroting what you have been told without looking into it yourself or you’re being purposely deceitful to try to make your argument.

Was mandatory vaccination ever on the table?

I’d say if the government says take this vaccine or lose your livelihood which they did that makes it pretty much mandatory.

can you spread pregnancy by breathing on someone?

Well if you’re masked and vaccinated aren’t you totally protected so why would it make a difference what someone else is doing?

De facto vs de jure. Most women are not aware they are pregnant yet at six weeks. These are bans.

Nope, I'm talking about this: https://accessiblelaw.untdallas.edu/texass-abortion-bill-who-can-sue

Nope, and there are many cases. Here's a hit from Google; you can find others: https://www.harpersbazaar.com/culture/politics/a27454956/what-does-georgias-abortion-law-mean-women-who-miscarry/

Try again~~~

I’d say if the government says take this vaccine or lose your livelihood

In all of the government mandates (perhaps excepting NY), negative test results were always an option.

Well if you’re masked and vaccinated aren’t you totally protected

Masks are to protect others and vaccines aren't 100% effective. You know this, you're just being a cock.

Pregnancy tests can give you results even before your first missed period so don’t act like there’s no way of knowing before six weeks. Getting pregnant is a result that can happen when not taking precautions during sex. If someone is that scared of getting pregnant and unwilling to deal with the consequences they should use precautions such as condoms and birth control. They can even take Plan B if they are that worried.

But what you actually said was- “ Except for states like Texas that sue women for doing this, or the places that want to investigate any woman for even a miscarriage.”

Once again like the “don’t say gay bill” you guys have it wrong. That law you you are speaking of specifically goes after anyone who performs an abortion on a woman after six weeks not a woman who has one.

“the bill allows any person to bring a civil suit against anyone who performs, induces, or aids and abets the performance or inducement of an abortion”

Also: “ Notably, the statute prohibits a third-party from bringing suit against a woman that gets an abortion.”

So no, no women are being sued in Texas for getting an abortion.

I don’t even know what you are getting at here. You’re linking an article about a bill that was never put into practice and ruled unconstitutional and removed in 2020. Also, the bill went after doctors who performed an abortion not women who had an abortion.

"Can" being the operative word, not "do." For many women, they don't. They have no way of knowing.

Getting pregnant is a result that can happen when not taking precautions...

Ok Boomer. I'm not even going to justify this drivel with a response, you already know why.

That law you you are speaking of specifically goes after anyone who performs an abortion on a woman after six weeks not a woman who has one.

Fine. Still a steaming pile of batshit legislation though.

“the bill allows any person to bring a civil suit against anyone who performs, induces, or aids and abets the performance or inducement of an abortion”

So not the woman, but her sister who drove her to the clinic. Phew, everything's fine here then!

I don’t even know what you are getting at here.

Your claim that miscarriages would not be investigated. Clearly there are legislators who are itching to do just that.

They have no way of knowing? What do you think a pregnancy test tests for?

Ok Boomer. I'm not even going to justify this drivel with a response, you already know why.

Because you think people shouldn’t be held responsible for their actions, we already know that. If i know I have a mortgage payment due at the end of the month but I decide to blow my money on Joe Biden posters would the bank just tell me that’s ok and they will take care of it?

So not the woman, but her sister who drove her to the clinic. Phew, everything's fine here then!

Yep just like if you drive someone to commit a murder you will be charged as well. It wouldn’t have happened if you didn’t take them there. Do you only follow the laws you agree with?

Your claim that miscarriages would not be investigated. Clearly there are legislators who are itching to do just that.

Miscarriages should be investigated if the hospital happens to determine it wasn’t a natural event. You already know the story of the woman who lied and said she had one when it actually turned out she tried to give herself an abortion. People like that ruined it for the rest of you. Sorry.

...Which aren't always accurate within the first 6 weeks? Those pregnancy tests? Or are you talking about magical Republican only tests that no one else is allowed to have?

As for the rest...Jesus Christ, these mental gymnastics must have hurt your neck.
