Overturning RvW will ruin many lives of the lower and middle classes. The decision to overturn it is NOT about justice. It's about midterm election GOP votes, and about extreme right-wing 'christians' who've hijacked much of the GOP. It's also class warfare.

do you see pro-life in any of that?

As an insider to the conservative world I would say the rights of the unborn is one of the few things they still genuinely care about. The mainstream media is fake news, they present anti-abortion stances as attacks on womens' autonomy, when that has absolutely nothing to do with it.

The MSM is not 'fake news'. The MSM does not have a single voice on anything. It doesn't help to simplify approaches to facts and journalism.

Journalism is almost all progressives, such an unbiased and trustworthy source. They control pretty much all media except Fox News.

when that has absolutely nothing to do with it.

In what fucking way bro

[–]Vulptex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (7 children)

Because the problem is killing the baby, not women controlling their bodies.

[–]AcceleratedWallops 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (6 children)

....And where do you think the baby is in this situation?

Might it be...

In the woman's body?! Holy shit, anatomy breakthrough over here

[–]Vulptex 1 insightful - 1 fun1 insightful - 0 fun2 insightful - 1 fun -  (5 children)

So you think a woman's right to control her body should override someone else's right to not be murdered? Unfortunately there are cases where rights conflict, and the least oppressive option needs to be taken, not the wokest one.

Since we're playing fast and loose with the definition of murder: let's say this pregnancy is ectopic or septic or otherwise likely lethal for the woman. Is the baby attempting murder on the woman? Does the woman have the right to defend herself in this case?

There are a few edge cases, but contrary to what SJWs seem to think that doesn't make it a valid excuse the other 99% of the time.

So you agree there are edge cases. Maybe there are other edge cases as well we didn't think of. Maybe it could be considered on a case by case basis, by the person who it affects and a medical professional, perhaps.

Too bad Republicans don't give a fuck! Take a Draconian first right up your uterus!

a valid excuse the other 99% of the time.

You realize people don't want abortions, right? Again, have you ever talked to a woman?
