Darwinism in action.

It's not popular to say but the vast majority of these young anti-natalists will change their minds and want kids when they are older.

People are so obsessed with control when it comes to families and kids they would rather castrate themselves than admit these things are mostly beyond your control.

And of course that obsession with control is to benefit employers, tax payers and men who don't want responsibility for their actions, not mostly women.

Which then raised the other point, you are mostly going to be paying for these extra babies. Not just in raising them but also the crime they are going to cause because they mostly wont have fathers who stick around.

Or to put it more bluntly: overturning RvW will ruin many lives of the 99%. The popularity of it among the far right so-called evangelist "christian" one issue voters will help with the midterm elections in GOP gerrymandered states and more GOP candidates continue to destroy the lower and middle classes in the US, so that their corporate and wealthy donors can reap a minor financial profit. The 60% of Americans who favour RvW no longer matter because of the 6:3 GOP hack majority in the Supreme Court. Packing the Supreme Court with GOP hacks was specifically for this purpose. They're doing what they're told to do. Saiditors who complain about government overreach should be very concerned that this is happening. It will immediately create serious problems for millions of women (and men) in 22 states when it reaches a vote. I hope there will be numerous protests.

I think you need to remember that women are one of the most anti-abortion demographics.

This issue has very much been legislated in a top down way rather than letting working class and religious women work out for themselves what's for the best.

Likely they will need to learn the hard way before this issue is finally solved.

I think this is likely why America has such a problem with this issue compared to the rest of the West, it's always one side trying to win over the other by force or tactics rather than discussing what's the best compromise in a difficult topic.

Not sure why you'd write this. I include women in my arguments. The compromise was RvW. The US GOP have worked for the past 40 years to promise this overturing of the compromise RvW, in order to get votes from crazy far right religious people who turn a blind eye to abuses of the GOP, in order to push a religious agenda that's not Christian in the least. Without that agenda, the GOP know they cannot get sufficient votes.

The percentage of 'pro-life' women is recently (2021) approximately 43%, which is 7% less than the percentage of 'pro-life' men. And of that 43%, 78% are 'conservative', only 17% are liberal, 75% attend religious services weekly, and 62% have not attended college. This is informative of the kinds of people who have time to answer a Gallup poll, it's informative of the percentage of votes for Trump and similar rapists. 40% of US individuals support the overturning of RvW.

That's why overturning Roe v Wade is good because instead of one answer being forced by the federal government, the people of each state can participate in considering this complicated moral issue.

Yes, because women are always the victims and men and the patriarchy are responsible for all of society's ills.

Ah yes the traditional racist reply that most of these kids will grow up to be drug dealers and gang bangers.

The argument is asinine. And neither you nor the govt should be allowed to determine which groups of children are expendable or to deem the economic status of the parent means the children are viable.

If you and people like you would put half the thought and energy in getting rid of all govt welfare programs for people and corporations, things would be different. But everyone has a spot on the teat I suppose.

Where did the person you're replying to mention race at all?

Government welfare programs don't cause women to get pregnant, that's men.

If anything welfare programs decrease abortions because people can support their kids. Black women have some of the highest abortion rates and highest welfare, so welfare isn't causing them to have more or less kids. Rather it's purposely created cultural breakdown which has caused more extramarital sex. They only think about the money needed to raise the kids after the fact.

Women and men are equally responsible for causing pregnancy. Each one made the same decision to take their pants off.

She's a TERF, they think men are the cause of all problems in life and should be exterminated.

Humanity cannot continue to exist without both women and men. The most important factor in raising well adjusted children is having both parents involved.

Humanity shouldn't continue to exist and the whole simulation needs to be shut down because it's 1984 cognitive slavery. Including being forced to constantly perform sexual functions as the whole meaning of your life.
