I'm glad they couldn't stop Pai or the enforcement of NN. Net neutrality is a commie scam that will strangle the Internet, which is why we've never had net neutrality. I've even heard some podcasts where he was interviewed, and he seems like a genuinely decent guy who was really blindsided by all the irrational hate Reddit and other lefty outlets gave him.

If you got all your news from Reddit, you thought Pai was personally trying to end the Internet. Fucking children don't understand anything about either politics, network infrastructure or economics.

Keep government out of Internet regulation. It's a scarce resource, like anything else, and should be priced in a market economy like anything else.

If grandma wants to pay $5 a month so her email is fast and everything else she doesn't use is slow, or a doctor wants to pay $50/month so he remotely operated brain surgery robot is super fast, and everything else is slow, let them. That makes Internet cheaper for them, and ultimately cheaper for everyone else. ISPs will still offer the currently expensive plans that make everything equally fast, since someone will also want to pay for that too.
