Obviously fake. Their entire post history is visible and they mention having a penis in a previous post.

if a trans man, which they mean is a woman who cross dresses, they wouldn't have a penis but they might have had a prosthetic fake thing I guess. And would have larped on reddit calling it that.

Transmen can be especially delusional. I've had one pre op tell me their clit was a penis. Full stop. Clits are penises and become penises when you take T. (engorged from T as they claim, which I can potentially believe but I digress, no, girl, your clit is not a penis)
