He pays for it. If he can't afford it, he doesn't deserve to live. Like diabetics. We can't be giving out free money to every goddamned person. There are rich people in this country right now who have had to sell one of their summer homes. These are difficult times for us all, but we're going to need that money, instead of wasting it saving broke people we can have a war or another bailout. Things that really matter.
