I'm not down with silencing anyone. There's some good subs there, the financial ones, the meme stock forums, the alcoholic forums. There's a cancer and a rot certainly, but shutting it down won't end that, it'll just scatter people to infect other places.

That's why I like writing on some subs that generally hate me, because even with a few hundred downvotes, you reach a few silent people. It's How to Win Friends and Influence People. Fighting doesn't change opinions. Being nice, and calmly, gently, rationally exposing people to your ideas, that sows the seeds that grow into ideas.

It's already being done against us by domestic and foreign actors, the only way to fight back is using their own tools against them. Infiltrate the groups, change their minds subtly.
