Something rotten at the heart of Reddit. Reddit hired an admin who is trans, and zir husband has posted some wild pedo stuff. That admin apparently is deleting articles that even vaguely mention zir, which has caused a Streisand Effect. The best explanation I’ve found so far is by Graham Linehan.

No. You made a mistake in bringing up a topic of discussion that was not even discussed on my end at all and used it as grounds to insult me. You pulled shit out of the aether itself to empower your argument.

Considering that this is not something that has been popularized in children for long enough to make a determination on their long-term wellbeing, I would argue that you don't know that for sure. Barring the insanely high suicide rates within the community, that's only considering adults. Now that this agenda is being normalized for children, an entirely new situation has set itself out that will take decades to see the final result of. I can guarantee that the majority of the children going into this are being groomed or used as a lapdog in some Munchausen-by-Proxy tier shit for social leverage by their parents.

I literally admitted that I made a mistake in my inference. I didn't do anything else but make an incorrect inference.

So you argue that I don't know anything for sure, yet you "guarantee" that you do?

Now obviously, being trans shouldn't be pushed onto anyone since it's not a trend and shouldn't be treated like one. But that doesn't mean that people who really are trans should be forbidden from transitioning.
