browsers have, for all practical purposes, serial numbers that can be read by advertisers.

only those on the inside of the big media corps know how to read these serial numbers.. between reading these serial numbers and your ip address and your browser footprint, advertisers know who you are as well as if they knew your phone number, which they actually do have, because they put out apps that can also read this serial number and they cross reference this serial number with the info from your contact list and your phone calls history, etc.

and you thought you had privacy?

stop it already.

edit: every android phone that i buy has facebook app installed and i am not allowed to uninstall it.. that app can read my phone calls history and it knows my phone number.. bing bang boom.. they gotcha.. zuckerberg is so up in your business.
