Today on reddit I posted 3 comments on a post on the front page. They were deleted by mods, and to verify my account, I have to send them a picture of my forearm showing my skin color. If my skin is not dark enough, I don't get approved.

You could just use stage makeup on your arm. This is just as stupid as letting people get away with crimes based on their skin color, but if they want to play this game....well, you can certainly game it.

Well of course, or you could just photoshop it. Or find some random image on duckduckgo image search.

But it's just the principle of the thing.
