I was going to say... this post will turn 6 years old later this month. It has fewer than 100 upvotes, and is almost 50% downvoted. The title is specifically referring to "50 Shades of Grey", an immensely-popular book series written by a woman, which many on all sides consider to be a rape fantasy. And the author of the post puts in bold "No one here condones these instances of legitimate rape".

Not defending the post, but OP really had to dig for this one.

The post really is arguing that it's not "legitimate" rape as long as the perp is hot enough (similar to "it's impossible for women to rape men because they always want it"), but on the other hand it is an old post with only 50% upvotes so I'm not sure it's representative of TRP.

It does seem a lot more troubling than "women are adult human females and men are adult human males" that a lot of communities were banned for.

What he's saying is kinda dumb. The Joker was a popular movie, but that doesn't mean the people that watched it want to murder. Yeah, lots of women have rape fantasies, but it's just that -- a fantasy.
