In many ways a bunch of atomized forums is a better way to go than a centralized one. It sucks from a UX perspective, but it’s more censorship resistant.
My hope is that SaidIt or some other site adopts decentralization / p2p tech so you can get both a consistent UI and the benefits of decentralization.
