Even if they hated GC, they should have had some sympathy for the people who are also suffering from dysphoria but don't buy into their ideology. Saw some discussion where they said detrans was full of transphobic nonsense and maybe they could bring it back once they got rid of it. Like, what's the point if reasons for detransing are now hate speech and banned?

Sympathy? They only know it as a performative act one displays to signal one's virtue. I don't think there is a single shred of genuine compassion left in their souls.

You're right on that. Detrans is back up probably because of the bad optics so the other TRAs can spare their crocodile tears.

Detrans people threaten their incredibly fragile identities. Anything that even remotely reminds them of what they actually are is deemed hate speech.

One must never point out that the Emperor is naked, after all.

I remember seeing one of those guys complain about the detrans sub before, because it came up in a suggestion to him, and even seeing the word "De" in front of "trans" filled him with self-doubt.

It is so clear that mutilating yourself or your kid is becoming the only acceptable way to deal with gender dysphoria. Anything else gets you labelled unfit or hateful.

I saw someone post an example of "hate speech" - it was someone posting their own story. Not attacking anyone, not disrespecting anyone, just telling their own story.
