Heh, the thing I've learned over the years is - it's never too late to bury the truth. Just maintain a counter narrative and discredit anyone who says otherwise. Useful idiots will dismiss the truth out of hand without even giving it the benefit of the doubt because "Everyone know's it's actually Y, X is a conspiracy theory.".

I know everyone's fed up of systemic stuff but, yeah, defending peados is built into the system at Reddit.

If you want people working for you 12 hours a day for no wages cleaning up your site then you are obviously going to only attract people with their own angle to push as moderators. The people most obsessed about pushing their angle are paedos. They will literally study for 10 years to become priests to abuse kids, a bit of modding and online grooming is easy.

If you are going to allow people under 18 on your site without professional moderation you are going to attract even more paedos.

If you allow people to post porn on that lax site for nothing but attention and imaginary internet points then you are going to encourage the most attention seeking people, kids, to think it's a good idea to do the same. They can then be more easily groomed by the paedo mods.
