        Reddit has always been insanely pro-israel... Even in light of israeli apartheid and ethnocentrism...

        Apparently this ban wave also hit any anti-israel content (note anti-israel and not anti-Semitic. It's the equivalent of criticising Iran and being called Islamophobic). I haven't seen what content exactly, but with reddit (and America in general) having a pro-israel bias I don't doubt it

        Yeah, the crazy anti-semite/racists have been attempting to hijack all of the anti-censorship Reddit alternatives like they did Voat. I'm all for uncensored speech, but I don't want this site to become yet another echo chamber slum. I'm hoping that the influx of new members from the ban will result in moving the needle back to the middle before it goes too far right. I'm pretty apolitical. Probably centrist, and not much of a feminist, but I'm glad that GenderCritical found their way here. Maybe their left-leaning voices will act as a counterbalance to a lot of the far right voices here, and it will result in an admixture of people with all sorts of views rather than the hegemony of Reddit and Voat. Probably not, but I can hope at least.
