Just block people if you don't want to hear from them. That does require having an interaction but still. I don't mind Nazi incels, its better to let people think unpleasant thoughts as opposed to having any centralized authority sanitizing the place.

right now it only blocks replies and PMs, but soon we hope to expand it so you can remove a person from your feed entirely if you want

Once someone replies to your message or post, there is a "block user" button in the message next to the reply button

You need to go to the private DM. You can only block users from the DMs.
