This is what happens when whiny bitches don't get bullied in school.

I don't think that bullying helps anyone. It creates psychopaths and sociopaths, addicts and depressions.

The people involved should be able to discuss their problems and emotions in an intelligent manner, it is a part of growing up. Understand that people have different ideas, and that conflicts can be resolved in many different ways.

Like: burning places down, because you are mad, does not solve anyone's problems. It just creates more.

Well you are wrong. For starters I can attest that I was bullied for being fat and it is what made me get in shape. And while I realize that is one case and most fat kids stay fat most bullying is about thing that are far easier to change.

Bullying is simply your peers enforcing social norms. Without social norms we degenerate, and to anyone not hypnotized by Hollywood it is clear that our society is degenerating. School shootings are not caused by bullying as bullying isn't new and school shootings are. They actually coincide with anti bullying campaigns.

Shootings, riots, depression, racism, these all have roots in collectivism and specifically in the rejection of personal liability in exchange for blaming society or others.

This causes you to lose your sense of control, lose faith in your ability to improve yourself or your situation, lose hope. You can not have self determination without personal responsibility.

There are better ways to enforce social norms than bullying. But bullying does have a purpose so if you stop it without replacing it you do lose that function. So if you can teach 10 year olds to intelligently and respectfully articulate thier disapproval of something I would love to see that magic trick. But I suspect even that would quickly get labelled bullying.

Thanks for your addition/correction. Here is a quick reply.

There are different types of bullying I guess, and different types of victims.

Insulting someone is just peanuts and very common. I think that some people could use it as encouragement. Even getting beaten up might encourage one to learn karate.

I still think that most people don't learn how to deal with emotions and conflicts. That is why the kids get pills to keep down their emotions. And from the cases of psychiatric problems that I have seen around me, it is all about strong emotions (and problems) that people could not deal with as kids. So when new problems come, they get crazy.

It is far from perfect, but in a techniques called "non-violent communication", people are learning to express their emotions and listen to each other. Expressing bad emotions is also ok. Then people can ask "What do you really need? And how can the conflicts be resolved." I have seen some good results with it. And some married couples use it when they have issues.

About personal responsibility: I think you refer to Jordan Peterson. And I agree with his idea of changing your emotions, and stepping out of victimhood. The writer of "Dilbert" also has a book: "loser-think", and introduces similar ideas.

But stopping victimhood is censored on Reddit,
because of political correctness.

That depends on what the social norms are. For example, imagine when the social norms are that no student should study because playing video games is better.

Video games have more value than you give them credit for.

Spez should announce that he self-identifies as a black woman.

Haha, they only have themselves to behave for enabling AHS for years. Thought they'd chase everyone else off and stop at you? no way lol. What's that "First they came for... x, I did not speak" poem? Feels pretty fitting right now.

Reddit admins have made their bed and now they must lay in it.
